To qualify for a new contract level, an agent must hit the required IP and production legs in the same month.

Production from more than one leg cannot be combined into one leg to hit the required threshold. Each production leg must meet the minimum requirement independently.

If your production level increases three consecutive months, you can maintain the contract permanently.

For builder contracts: your personal production and your team’s production count toward your total IP.

Note: 10K in IP = $10,000 of sales on builder contracts. Make sure all contracts are builder contracts. If one of your direct leg’s builders is not on a builder contract, the volume from that leg will not count toward your qualification. That leg’s contracts represent your 1st level IPL contract commissions.
